Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Rip & Rate. By posting in the app, you agree to them. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies to your use of the app.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

Don't post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or discriminatory, anything that identifies or targets a private person, spam, or anything illegal. Don't post photos or descriptions of people. Rate the bathroom, not the people in it.

Content that breaks these rules is removed, and accounts that post it are banned. We review reports within 24 hours. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until a moderator looks at it.

Your part

• Post honest ratings of places you've actually been.
• Only add places that really have a bathroom, at the right location.
• Report content that breaks the rules, and block people you don't want to see.
• Don't use scripts or automation to post, or to copy the map's data.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Rip & Rate a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute it in the app and on this website, for as long as it's posted. Delete a rating, or your account, and that license ends for what you deleted.

No guarantees

Ratings and details come from other users and may be wrong or out of date. A bathroom may be closed, for customers only, or gone. The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, Rip & Rate isn't liable for losses arising from your use of it.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it, and continuing to post means you accept the new terms. Questions? See Support.
